We built The Good Sauna at Container Park. We delivered a residential S2 to a client in Kitsilano. Vancouver is where a lot of our work ends up, even though we build in Squamish.
City properties have their own constraints. Side yards measured in inches. Laneway access that makes you reconsider your life choices. Strata boards with opinions. We've dealt with all of it. Our smallest residential model (the S2) fits a 6x8 footprint. Our commercial SC handles 14 people. There's usually something that works.
Building outside the city and delivering in keeps our pricing honest. You get shop-built construction, not a kit assembled in your driveway.
