Generally we build with 2x4 framing, Rockwool insulation, metal exterior cladding, and locally sourced Western Red Cedar interior. Materials can be adjusted based on the project.
Most of our residential saunas are built with open deck flooring for natural ventilation and drainage. Ideally the sauna is placed on packed gravel, concrete feet, or pavers—allowing airflow beneath while ensuring water from inside has a place to drain.
Wood-fired saunas offer authentic heat and atmosphere, ideal for outdoor settings. Electric saunas provide convenient, consistent temperature control—better for indoor or residential installations. We can help determine what's right for your situation.
No additional permits are required to transport the sauna. It's registered as a standard trailer.
Every sauna is backed by our 2-5 Limited Warranty: two years on workmanship (materials, labour, finishes) and five years on structural integrity (framing, substructure, load-bearing components). We accept a variety of payments and work with clients to determine the most appropriate plan. Our typical structure is 30% deposit, 30% at halfway, 30% once almost complete, and the final 10% upon delivery.

Sauna rentals include delivery, setup, firewood, and pickup. We provide everything you need for a complete sauna experience—you just provide the location and the guests.
We're based in Squamish, BC and primarily serve the Sea-to-Sky corridor, Greater Vancouver, and surrounding areas. Our saunas have ended up as far as Williams Lake, Edmonton, and San Francisco. If you're outside our usual range, get in touch and we can figure out the logistics.
